My lawyer quoted a certain amount in thousands in toto to fight my judicial separations case . after giving around 75 percent of it initially, he convinced to filed the case.
Now during one year of filling the case whenever any paperwork needs to be done as replication or other paper work where he has to write a simple application he demands money. some time in thousands and some time in few hundreds. while for all printing and photocopies a lump sum amt was already decided besides of his fee. even to get the photocopy of 10 pages of reply of defence from office file he took 500 rupee, which I think itself unjust.
Please help me to know that what is the purpose of fee decided and what services are included in it, if he demands every time, at every appearance for every paperwork.
How should I tackle him in this situation when expenses are sky rocketing for me.
