Fiduciary relation ship

Dear Clientr,

      If your vbrother in law and sister enjoy a strong marital bond and trust each other very much they are in fiduciary relationship with each other and whatever secrets s they have knowledge of each other they should  keep them betwen the two of them. If they break this rule and do any breach  in conflict with this trustworthy relationship with each other they shall be deemed to be in confict with their. trust or interest in their fiduciary duty towards each other. Usually the relationship between Father and children, Doctor and Patrient, :Lawyer and /client etc come under fiduciary relationship. Whatwever confidentiality is there Doctor or lawyer or father should not  breach it and tell outside without the consent of  their patients, clients, children etc. It's a serious breach of good conduct and trust of their fiduciary position towards the other to whom they owe a fiduciary duty.If you  wish to thank me for this reply pllease click the thank you button on this forum.
