Fight against misuse of 498a ipc.

Hello sir, Wonderful and superb article for fighting against 498a, my question is that, in my case everything was done by police in just 7 days, i.e FIR, issuing of 41A, closure report and filing of chargesheet in court, i gave them 80 pages of explanation but it was no where attached with the Chargesheet, what should i do ?

Chargesheet produced in 7 days after FIR? really great superb speed of the police

Closure report? did the police closed the case by stating you innocent in that charge sheet?

              if chargesheet mentioned you as innocent then simply stay calm and happy

My file filed 498a against me and my family members last year april 2022 and chargesheet also done but till today(its been 1.2years)  i haven't got any NOTICE/summons related to 498a. 
 

she filed 125 crpc in july 2022 immediately and now they were running only 125crpc. 

not sure why they were not moving 498a till today. please advice.
