File and argue my case myself in supreme court

Hi All,

I am an engineer and since last 3 years I am being harassed by a corrupted under secretary with Uttrakhand government. I have hired 5 advocates till now however advocates do work under influence of that under secretary.

Can I file and argument my case myself in Supreme Court? Does it possible? If yes, do I need to take one AOR on board? I have heard that only AOR can file the case in Supreme Court.

Regards Amit

I suppose petition in person doesn't not require AOR. Can any one please give cleartly on it?

Also can i file and argue my case myself at session and hight court? I am told that one can file and argue his own case at any court whether it is lower court, high court or session court.

Regards Amit
