After the husband has file petition us 13 wife filed written statement(WS) and issue framed.witness has started .Do the husband need to file written rejoinder or objection to WS?

That stage is now over otherwise she will seek right to file "Reply to your Rejoinder" and then you will seek right to file "Reply to her reply to rejoinder". This way main case will never ever progress. You were sleeping when she filed WS.
