That is irregularity not illegality and curable, the registry should be bought to notice about that to assigning the number

Thanks. But the case was decided in 2013 in favor of the respondent. The respondent had submitted the case in the transfer court using a case number received from the transfer court. Now it is apparent that the said case was not registered in the filing court.
