Filing a suit

Sir,have a cinema hall built in 1971 the land was purchased by my grandfather in 1968.this property is around 1.25 acres and all four brothers including my dad lives in this premises in their respective houses bult by them individually which was given to all brothers by my grandfather.NOW THE DISPUTE IS FOR CINEMA HALL AS WE WANT TO CLAIM OUR PART OF SHARE IN THIS PROPERTY.I AM PLANNING TO FILE A SUIT FOR DEMARCATION CLAIMING MY SHARE 1/4TH IS IT POSSIBLE THEY CAN SELL THEIR SHARE TO THIRD PARTY WITHOUT INFORMING US ? AND TILL WHEN CAN I GET MY PART OF SHARE THROUGH COURT .? ALSO IF THEY SELL A PART OF LAND WHAT ACTION CAN WE TAKE AGAINST THEM? BECAUSE NOBODY NOWS WHICH PART OF SHARE BELONGS TO WHOM IN THE BUILDING ...KINDLY GUIDE

It appears that the proeprty is ancestral.  Unless there is partition by metes and bounds no one can claim individual rights and interets.  You can file suit for partition.  You can also seek appointment of commissioner / receiver to manage teh cinema hall and submit the details of income and expenditure to the Court.  Even if other sharer sold the said purchaser at best steps in to shoes of that sharer.
