Sir,have a cinema hall built in 1971 the land was purchased by my grandfather in 1968.this property is around 1.25 acres and all four brothers including my dad lives in this premises in their respective houses bult by them individually which was given to all brothers by my grandfather.NOW THE DISPUTE IS FOR CINEMA HALL AS WE WANT TO CLAIM OUR PART OF SHARE IN THIS PROPERTY.I AM PLANNING TO FILE A SUIT FOR DEMARCATION CLAIMING MY SHARE 1/4TH IS IT POSSIBLE THEY CAN SELL THEIR SHARE TO THIRD PARTY WITHOUT INFORMING US ? AND TILL WHEN CAN I GET MY PART OF SHARE THROUGH COURT .? ALSO IF THEY SELL A PART OF LAND WHAT ACTION CAN WE TAKE AGAINST THEM?
