The complaint of stealing your articles from the premises is different subject to that of the civil rent control case.

The civil case has been filed seeking a different relief unlike the criminal case, hence you do not have to be worried on that count, you concentrate properly on both case and  strive to get the reliefs in both the cases.

You have clubbed two different cases i.e., rent recovery and theft.

Be clear what is your query ?

What is the opinion and advise of your lawyer ?
