Filing complaint against husband & not pursuing it amounts

Observation:

True, it is like cutting vegetables, cleaning rice and lintels and finally setting up even the dinning table (all these amounts to filing family law complaints) while all along the time passes by, the husband is sitting in kitchen waiting for dinner to be served yet dinner is never even prepared (his waiting amounts to mental cruelty on him)!
