I am redpodant for RFA case atHC. The interim order passed and stay order is granted to complaintant till next hearing date and date is not mentioned. Now more than one year lapsed and not listed for hearing. My advocate says for RFA final hearing we can not file reminder to listing. So how long respondent and Trail court should wait. Trail court can not move
or issue notice to complainant for recover advance amount paid by respondent as per judgement. Any solution since 8years passed.
