Final order 125 crpc by family court & revision procedure

Under Section 19 of The Family Courts Act,1984, an appeal shall lie from every judgment or order, not being an interlocutory order, of the Family Court to the High Court. Conditions for appeal under this section are:- 

1. No appeal shall lie from a decree or order passed by Family Court with the consent of both parties.

2. Appeal shall be preferred within 30 days from the date of decree or order passed by Famliy Court.
