Fir

Hi Everyone,

I have an FIR registered against me under sections - 354/ 427/ 504/ 506.

Does this put any restriction on me for travelling out of India. I need to go out of India for three days.

Please advise.

Thanks

Merely because there is an FIR registered against a peson, does not mean that there are restrictions on his movement outside India. Such conditions are usually imposed when a person is arrested and then bail is granted on such conditions such as not leaving without permission of the court and/or surrender of passport. In the absence of arrest, there is no restriction on the movement merely because an FIR has been registered.

Is police seize your passport , or is any restriction from court  if yes then take permission from court , if no , no restriction on travelling out of india.
