sir, we are two brothers residing in ancestral property and has the records mutated in our name.

i was out of town for few year due to work. my parents passed away few years back . i decided to return to my home town but my brother is not allowing me to enter into the anestral house..

i spoke to few advocate, some sugget to g for partition suit , while some suggest to go both for partition suit and file FIR for land grabbing n my brother for not letting  me to enjoy my share.. since partition suit takes year, i was told the FIR for land grabbing can create a threat and harasss my brother. pls advise if i can file both at the same time.
