In most Police websites copy of the registered FIR is available that can be downloaded. The application under RTI Act with the concerned officer/PIO of the police department of the district can be made to obtain copy of FIR as well all related documents in the case file of the police.

In order to download online they need FIR no which we dnt have. Is there any other way to get FIR no. How to go ahead with RTI

Visit PS and inquire.

Or entrust to your own very able senior LOCAL counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in such matters and having successful track record..

Yur counsel or his/her junior can do the needful for you.

It means there is no legal way of getting the FIR copy online. Accused cannot go ask PS as not sure what type of wrong complain it is (family issue). Lawyer called PS they didnt give any clear information but we suspect something is serious might be. Other way is by contact but it is time consuming and money spending process.

Ask in person  from local PIP, helpgroups..........
