FIR in false dowry case

Dear Experts when the FIR under false case of 498a will be register, complaint is under women cell no decision arrived wife wants to register the case only she dont want any reconciliation or mediation. She just want to harras and spoil my life.Please help me what is time duration in which FIR can be logged.and if wife lives in her parental home from 6 months then also they can logged FIR? She has no medical report in supports to her statements in the complaints Or if I will not attend the further dates in CAW it will automactically register the case or FIR.? regards frauds equals 498a
