FIR registered under 156(3)

FIR is register under subject said . what is the process to get cancelled the FIR or how can get the Bail under section 420, 34, 120B, 466,467,471,506,509 and after cancellation the FIR where the complainent can approach.

First go and apply for anticipatry bail before the arrest takes place by the police. Secondly the FIR once regstered is not cancelled but can be quashed from the High Court for that you need to file application u/s 482 Cr.P.C in your High Court.

Even if the police files a closure report, the complainant has the right to file protest petition. Wherein the police concludes the allegations are not made out against an accused. The Protest Petition, then, is an opportunity granted to the victim/complainant to raise objections against these conclusions, before the Magistrate decides to apply her judicial mind.
