in a civil suit , the applicant instituted civil suit based upon promissory not in individual name. but he gave money from firm a/c .he does not know to which firm -he is proprietor.
niether in affidavit nor in plaint, he gave the name of firm and is unable to recall the name of sole prop firm.
can such suit is maintanable, if he does not show the firm name .is there any citation --pl
