Sir, I have been appointed at Level 10 (CDA Pattern) on Deputation from a CPSE following IDA pattern. My scale of pay in IDA pattern is Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 160,000 with Basic Pay @ 51,010, IDA @ 3.4% and 35% (Cafeteria Perks), along with HRA etc. My total emoluments/ gross salary in Delhi comes to Rs. 83,000/- with Increment Date 1st July.
However, here under CDA pattern how my salary will be protected. Can I be given Parent Department pay along with Deputation Allowance. My Gross Salary will be protected and pay upon Deputation under CDA pattern will be fixed accordingly. Or I may only be given start of Level 10 i.e. Rs. 56,100 Basic Pay at Deputation...
