I had purchased a flat in BSF society in Gurgaon. There is a notice put up in front of the society that anybody not belonging to the BSF, armed forces, para military or police cannot buy a property in this society for 15 years from initial allotment. But We got a complete bank loan approved. What are the legalities in this? Can anyone please advice?
