I buyed flat in Pune. I will get possession next month.
My query :
In My flat registry, I see carpet area i.e. 433 everywhere whereas salable area i.e. 673 sqft on which I have paid rate*salable area is not mentioned.
So is only carpet area is mentioned in registry?
Where can I find proof about salable area on which I made deal?
This may be useful when I want to sale my flat so I will say to party about 673 sqft not 433 carpet area and do further deal.
Kindly give your views.
