Hi, I am saleing my flat and wanted to know few details.
1.What percentage of token amount i should be taking from purchaser.Do i need to make any agreement before doing stamp duty and registration so that purchaser don't cancel the deal.
2. What amount should i charge if deal is cancel.
3. Should i do the stamp duty and registration after i get all the money?
4. Should i mention what i would be giving in agreement like i am sale-ing the flat with furniture so all the furniture should be mention.
