Bina has flat registered under her name of which she has nominated her husband Dinesh as nominee. Bina died without leaving any will. Dinesh (who stays in different state) now wants the flat to be transferred on their one and only daughter's name.
Can the society directly transfer flat to daughter even if she is not nominee?
What all steps/documents/declarations would be required from Dinesh for completing this transfer to his daughters name?
Note: that Dinesh is not residing in flat he stays in different state and will not be visting personally. Daughter has agreed to pay the dues of society.
Society is in Mumbai and Daughter's age is above 25.
