Is your father alive?  for ancestral property, all the legal heirs of your grandfather have equal rights over the property.  for self-acquired it is your father's will.

If there is even a bit of contribution from the ancestral property, irrespective of the volume and such nucleus of ancestral property, the entire property has to be treated as ancestral property only.
