Foreigners needs help

hi evryone we need urgently a help

i am a student from south america i am in india for 2.5 years with a student resident permit , my resident permit is valid until next september , my fiancee is from danemark and she is with a tourist 6 month

so we are two foreigners

we already spent 3 month at the same adress in bangalore .....

can we get married in india , and what is required because we went a sub registrar office they could not help us they told us to look for a lawyer to help us .so we are looking for a lawyer

i am 26 and she 28 years old
