Dear sir,
Actual construction of Flat is 2BHK (Bedroom-2,Hall-1,kitchen-1) but in paper (Property Agreement) it's 1BHK.
means Build up area showing Inclusive of terrace (with roof) but actually closed all walls & shows as 1 usable room ie.Bedroom.
At the time of agreement there is no one looking this clause or aat the time of bank loan also no one looking.
Right now he also process "completion of building" docs to PCMC
so customer want RENEWAL property agrrement, master bluse print with correct area.
Builder saying Govt given 10% extra authorization to builder.
So what action taken against builder?
