Format of Notice for Non Delivery of Goods

THere is no such specific format as such 

but in the letter you have to inform the tranposrt goods memo number dt from where youe booked that from and to you have to mention . 

date of booking  any assured date of delivery .if any 

number of pkgs booked . 

you ask the carrier that you booked so and so goodes by assuring that you are assured that the goods are deliverd on so and so date but you have failed to deliver the goods to me till date .

Please search for the goods and please note that it is deliverd to me with out delay on reciept of this letter if not appropriat action will be taken through court of law to recover the same towards the full value of the goods as per the invoice number---------  dt------------   for value of goods rs ----------

Please draft the letter and acknowledge on the letter if not senf it by regd post .
