Dear all,
Ours is a Manufacturing company employing 25 permanent workers. There is no union. Recently we have been served with a letter from a Union claiming that they have formed a union in our company and all the workers are their members. They have also submitted a Charter of Demand and has asked us to negotiate with us.
My question is since they are not recognized union should we entertain such union and reply to their letter or just keep mum. Further what are the necessary steps required to deal with such a situation.
Kindly Reply.
