Hi, I am buying a property with private terrace. My developer is saying he will not mention about terrace in sale deed instead he will give the details of terrace in a developers letter head with franking. Is it okay to go with this arrangement or I should force him to mention this in sale deed as well?
He did not mention about this arrangement when I booked the flat. Now he is saying if this has to be mentioned in sale deed I need to pay the additional amount. I had negotiated the price including registration amount while booking the flat.
