Hello I am Abhijit from Mumbai , I make enginnering student project from home , my students are finale year enginnering students but every year I find in smae position with same problem of not getting paid from the student for the project that I have made for them on which cost we have decided , my question to expert is that if I have to take leagle route to resolve between students and me how should I procced

The underlined reason coculd be that the students are expected to prepare on their own.
Parents may not be providing with costs for outsourcing their work.
In case of tough measures you may scare them and others by word of mouth.
So one prespective is to cajole and get paid.

Other is to ask to sign an agreement with you if it is possible in your kind of work.

Thank you for the reply ,
But even after conversation they are not willing to pay and I have the conversation acceptance by them of paying me the amoint of the project on chat application , so still if I want to take legal action against such students who are trying to cheat my hardwark money , and this students are above 20 years of age and they are well independent on taking such decision
