I want to surrender my insurance policy active policy to future generali...But despite it has completed 3 years the concerned is denying to help me.
in terms n conditions it is said that i can surender it after three years.
i had baught it in year 2017 and pa
id 3 annual emis on time but now i want to surrender it ...
can some one suggest what shall i do now ?

The condition clearly says after 3 years and not after 3 annual premiums/emis.
starting from 2017, 3 year period ends on 2020. So you can surrender the policy next year only.
