I am working in Apparel Export (Private Limited).
Month back a writ petition was challenged in the High Court against Minimum wages (Tamilnadu) Notification.
We wish to know / We are in the stage to decide... whether we are Garment Manufacturers or Hosiery.
I do not know how to decide it.
Because, if we are Hosiery Exporters, we have to abide less minimum wages comparing with Garment Manufacturers.
I expect proper guidance.
