Gas agency complaint

Dear all Horn.Members

I am from mumbai vasai.

I have a HP gas connection at home.Since 8 months gas agency making delay for a delivery at home.I m booking gas on tool free number but the local agency making delay.

I want to ask all of you 1)how to log complain about the said agency and where?

                                         2) can consumer take them to court?

                                         3) what is the HP rules for home delivery within how many days?

I hope you all of got my point what i want to say.

You firstly enter into a effetive correspondence with the agency and bring to light the said acts of the agency to the HP consumer helpline by written correspondence. You can move to consumer forum for your grieveances.

contact HP Customer care or write a letter to HP headoffice n log ur complain.

YES.

IT DEPEND ON AVAILABILITY OF STOCK.

 

IF U FILE the case HP agency will argue that supply is less then Demand ,so what a agency can do.agency doesnot produce the gas.

n everone know that demand exceed supply.

 

i advise not to waste time in filing the case.

but APPROACH THE HP HEAD OFFICE N MAKE UR PROBLEM PUT FORWARD THERE.

Yes, if is useless to bang you head with the agency. Approach the Hindustan Petroleum Office of your city with an written application or send an email to the area customer care officer, stating all your grievanace detail, and follow it so that action is taken on the Gas agency.
