i have filed case with consumer forum against country club india ltd. can anybody explain the most suitable explaination of the line "all short term accommodation includes studio room only for the selected time for second party, spouse and two children between 12-18 years of age will be provided with an extra bed at rs. 350/- in first party's owned property and 500 in affiliated properties. Second party spouse and children between the age of 18-25 years will be provided with an extra studio room at an aditional charge. Maximum 3 adults can be accommodated on one studio room."
Can the first party charge rs.500/- per person according these lines in affiliated properties.
can the First party charge rs.350/-per person in owned affiliated properties.
And
can first party charge only extra bedding as two person are accommodated in one room and only third person is charged on extra bedding.
