General power of attorney can file a civil suit

Learned Brothers, please answered me:- 'A' executed Registered General Power of Attorney in favour of 'B' to file any kind of cases in any Civil or any Criminal Court to conduct on behalf of 'A', which is existing, in this circumstances, can 'A' file Civil Suit against other persons relating to the land mentioned in the said General Power of Attorney?
