General power of attorney (gpa)

Dear Sir

 

i purchase a land in Delhi through General power of attorney (GPA) ,in the GPA we used e-stamping.

major problem is that during purchase of  e-stamping  employee have  done same mistake.

in  seller name they have done some spelling mistake(Rameh in place of Ramesh)

in the other paper sales agreement,affidavit ,payment receipt  e -stamping have correct name.

i asked with notary person regarding it they change it by pen and put a stamp ,is this right way

 

Kindly advise what to do ? is this create any problem in future

you get it change/ rectified. By moving an application and copy of the ID/Residence if required.

after e-stamping, Is your Land registered? 

You need to effect a Rectificaton deed, wherein both the buyer and seller will again sign.

my land is not registered ,right now registration is not open in Delhi ,although i make Rectification deed

 

actually my question is that notary person change it by pen and put a stamp  on e-stamp page,is this create any problem in future...
