will someone oblige me, by guiding me about following plz?
how to get a duplicate copy of a lease agreement, which was registered. the doccument has a nomber, and a stamp of old custom house m, mumbai, of year 1963. i also wish to know, does this type of copy is accepted as original one, for legal purposes? kindly guide ...thnx...ygasid@yahoo.co.in

you will get the certified copy in the office of the Registrar. It is accepted as secondary evidence in the court when you show sufficient cause for non availibility of orginal
