Getting family lineage history [hindu]

Hi, my lawyer's friend,

Religion: Hindu

My blood father died when I'm about to born. My mother remarried when I was 2 years old.

In all the document, I have my stepfather name, PAN Card, Voter, Passport.

Now, I have to raise the property dispute issue with my blood grandfather and blood cousin. How shall I prove my family lineage history? What document do I require before filing partition suit (After legal notice of-course).

Thanks,

Learning

First issue legal notice for partition then after file suit for partition and wait what statement they file and then proceed step by step.it takes atleast 25 yrs

(1) Proof of your biological father being the son of the person you claim to be your grandfather, (2) The marriage certificate of your mother to your biological father, (3) Your birth certificate, (4) DNA test is the clinchig evidence.

The question of proving your lineage arise only if it is denied by the other party. First of all issue Notice and, if required, file a partition suit.
