Gift deed on two persons

Hello Lead lawyers, I request you to provide whether below scenario can be registered via gift deed. My father wants to give his self acquired property to my mother till her death and thereafter it should be transferred to me(son) with absolute ownership on it. Thanks a ton in Advance! Pavan.

Instead of gift your father should make a will bequeathing his property to you while creating a prior life interest in favour of your mother.

My father has to two wifes and I am son of second wife. I am sure that if a will is made it will be challeged.

 

What could be the best alternative to avoid disputes and get this matter settled during my father's lifetime.

Your father excute a WILL at Registrar offce.

My father is a very old man aged 85 years and what precautions will you suggest to take to prove the genuineness of the will even if registered in Registrar office.

U give a application at Registrar office about this they have come your home for formality of registered documents.
