our family is consist of 3 members. mother, sister, brother. My sister got married and she is having one baby boy. there is some dispute going with her husband. to secure my sister future, My mother want to gift plot to my sister. Can we put a clause like below while gifting plot to her.
1.Is it possible to revoke plot ownership to my mother/me, If something happened to my sister.
2.Is my brother in law get any right in the plot?

A registered gift deed once made cannot be cancelled except the donor goes to court for cancrellation. It becomes your sister's absolute property except in case of fraud or coercion.Yes in the absence of your sister through death her husband and children would get shares in the property as her immediate heirs.In case you want to cancel the gift deed you and your mother will have tio go to court to cancel it.
