Gift Deed transfer

Hi Kindly provide your expertise on the below issue. My father has gifted my house to me and my mother when he was alive it has been registered and full stamp duty was paid (2009). I would like to know how can i transfer the entire property in my name, (other than will) with my mothers consent as i am having trust issues with my sister... Thanks
