Girl threatning for marriage,otherwise she will charge rape

She can file a police complaint. You guy will have to count the grills.

Did they(the concerned guy and girl) have physical relationship on account of the reason they would get marry soon.

 

This big question has to be answered to express a proper opinion.

They wanted to get married earlier but due to her parent's threat,couldn't do so.now as threatening increased from girl also,hence guy wants to avoid so as not to get involved in dv cases later.there are call records of threatening.Also,it was unclear from her parent's side,whether they will allow marriage or not earlier.she herself has refused to marry in calls n chats,whose records are there.

Does it mean that in every relationship which did not work out after physical union amounts to rape? Should adult female open her body for someone before marriage, and if the relationship does not riped into marriage, a case of rape is made out against the man? The query also contain virus from the parents side and not from the man side apart from their union as adult. I am of the view that it is not rape.

To plead innocense it must be proved that the man didn't promise to marry and make physical relationship with the girl.Consensual relationship without any such promise is the only way to save the guy otherwise he may fall in trouble.

What about the supreme court ruling of 21st may that it should be proved that since the inception,guy was in no mood to marrry.Also,if it it proved through chats and all that even when it was not clear thatmarriage may take place,they entered into relationship.and after her parents refused,still they continued.

Let she threa, dont afraid and just ignore but dont marry, the expert advice is vary as per situation. you straight way forbid to marry and also in court you can challange the role of her parents and money demand and also it is better to avoid marriage with these girls......you better know the situation. proofs will be supportive and marry soon if possible and hide yourself atleast for 6 months. then see....dont afraid from case......
