Got bail, what next ?

got bail finally,

last time i heard from cops was almost a month back, no investigation done after that, how much time police normally take to complete investigation. One thing is I am working in different state and complaint was filed in kerala.. Bail statement mention fir was in regard to 498a, is this bail effective if they file another fir under some other section.. my understand from my reading  this forum so far is , wife resort to 498a, DV, and 406. is bail required under each section?

Eager and waiting for divorce case to start, I want to prove, how they lie to everyone. what is normally frequency of court hearing, what is the stage where you are allowed to provide proof and cross examination. After case against me and family reconlication is not possible. Even if i take her back, fear of another repeation of this would be in mind.

Anyway, my life is destroyed now and i would be not able trust anyone anymore.

In my opinion you have got Anticipatory Bail and probably not on regular Bail both are poles apart under Criminal Law. However this besides the point;

 1. The applicant must show that he has “reason to believe’ that he may be arrested for a non-bailable offence then you may approach again a Sessions and or to a Superior Court(s) for granting bail on each Sections otherwise not sought as general practice once a person is on AB or B.

2. Follow your hired ld. Advocates advise now that you have got Anticipatory Bail secured and also follow if there any conditions in it otherwise re-read opening line of this para.

keeping in touch with lawyer on phone, inter state issue.

it is AB i guess, it is direct police to relase us if arrested. but there is reference to FIR girl side had filed.

498a,it does not mention about arrest possible under DV or 406.

Everyone advice me , law is pro women, and no matter how many picture and voice recording you show, court would not consider and not even bother to send lab for validation of truth.

Everyone asking me to agree to mutal divorce and pay what ever is required and move on. Easier said than done.

Only reason i am on this forum instead of limiting myself to lawyer, is to learn the realtity and ways to prove truth.

I know at times, i can get into nevere sorry for that, thats not my intention.
