Hello sir,
Judging by the facts given by you the incident must not be registered by the police. Police usually doesn't just lodge the FIR, especially in the cases where students or children are involved, is not a serious offence and compromise is an option. And since the matter was resolved through compromise, there must not be any police records involved. This won't be problem but if you still have doubts you can confirm it by talking to your principle or in the concerned Police station.
I hope it will help
Thank you

No. It will not be in Police records. When no e of you even disclosed your names, where is the possibility?
