Gpa cancellation

Sir, While cancelling the GPA by the Principal/s, should the agent/s also have to sign the document and be available in the Registrar office. Or only the Principal/s can cancel the GPA without the presence of agent/s. Please clarify this.

Firstly you need to know if the GPA is revocable or irrivocable.

The principal can cancel the GPA and mere bringing the same to the notice of the Agent through registered post or by publication in Newspaper is sufficient.
