The property held by your grand mother is her absolute property. Your mother and yourself do not have any legal right on the property.

The property held by your grand mother is her absolute property. Your mother can get a share in your grandmother property only when your grandmother died intestate(died without writing a WILL). Otherwise,  can't get the share (i.e., if she executes a WILL , in that WILL she must mention the beneficiary of the property. The beneficiary shall get the property.)
