Grandad property

Hi friends,

My grandfather left some farm land to my dad.My dad transfered all the land in my brothers name.my dad has some land that he purchased with his earning still in his name(my dads) .Do i have any share in the land?

In the self acquired property of a father, no body has share till his death.

You can claim ur share in grandfather's property. In the self acquired property , no body has share till his death. But a hindu son can claim self acquired property of his father.

sir,

my mother have five sisters and all are married and he have so many ancestral property earned by her grandfather. Her father no personal income and father & mother passes away but not making any will, gift etc.

 

Total six sharer in his ancestral property but last days one sharer has sell his one share without any legal paper

 

pl. guide what can i do in this stage???????suit filed or?????????????
