Grandfather property

Hi,

my father posses Agricultural land on his name when he is minor before 1960's.does he has a right to sell it with out the consent of children and buy another property on some others name which we cant claim? as this property was bought when he was minor and gifted by my grand father.

please clarify

yes you can sell the property showing your age and id proof

k.Mahesh garu, my question is my grandfather bought the property on my fathers name when my father is minor,now he is selling the property with out our interest. does he have right to sell the property?

If it was your grand father's self earned preoperty then he has the right to dispose the way he wishes to.

yes it was my grand fathers self earned property bought under my father name when my father is minor.

as per my understanding my father can not sell property with out our signatures and buy other properties on some others name.

As a grand childerns dont we have right on grand fathers property ? can my father sell without our signatures?

can we sue against it ?

please kindly let me know ?
