Grandson right over the mother's side ancestral property

Mother aged about 68yrs Born before 17-6-1956 before the commencement of HAS 1956. Now Mother may not have right over the ancestral property of his father’s.

Weather grandson can claim right over the ancestral property. OR Both mother and son have right over the ancestral property??

1. Being born before or after 1956 does not make a difference.

2. Women acquired birth right in coparcenory property by the very virtue of their birth only after 2005.

3. During mother's lifetime child has no birth right in the ancestral property, child's right accrues only on death of mother. Daughter is not a source of coparcenory under Hindu law
