Gratuity calculation

Hello Everyone,

Can you please determine the amount payable to me under Payment of Gratuity Act,1972.

My monthly remuneration structure is as follows :-

Basic Pay - Rs. 1,55,000/-

H.R.A. (@30%of Basic) - Rs. 46,500/-

Other Allowances (@20%) - Rs. 31,000/-

Conveyance Allowance       - Rs. 800/-

Medical Reimbursement - Rs. 1,250/-

Medical Insurance             - Rs. 619/-

Bonus                                  - Rs. 15,492/-

-------------------------------------------------------

Total CTC per month - Rs. 2,50,660/-

Also,please let me know what all is included under Dearness Allowance while determining Gratuity.

My Period of Employment was w.e.f. April,11th,2008 & my date of resignation was Feb,11th,2014.
Total Period of Employment - 5 Years 10 Months.

My company (in question) was an Infrastructure development company & I was Assistant General Manager(Projects).

{( Basic+DA)/26*15*No. of years in service}

Basic+DA as per last drawn salary.

Since in 6th year you have worked for >6M you may count it as 6Y.

What does DA include ? Kindly clarify what is include from these :-

H.R.A. 

Other Allowances (@20%) 

Conveyance Allowance     

Medical Reimbursement 

Medical Insurance
