Gross salary or net monthly salary or ctc or gorss income

generally While deciding maintenance,in-hand income, post PF deduction is considered & around 25% is awarded as maintenance.

Suppose children is wid husband and ailing old age parents also live with him then approx. how much will be the amount in percentage will decided as asked by our freind. Experts advice pls.

If the wife is earning,total of her income & husbands income will be considered & it will be seen that approximately 25% of total will be with wife including her salary & maintenance awarded.

whoever has child custody,other spouse is supposed to pay half of maintenance expenses of child till he attains majority, if both are working.

parents are not generally considered in calculating maintenance to wife.

Net salary, but only mandatory PF i.e. 12.5% of basic is taken into consideration by the courts.

Did it mean the 12.5% of Net Salary is Awarded as Maintenance? Can u Pls let us know the Acts & Section through it is awarded .

There is no set formulae to arrive at maintenance figure,it is at the discretion of the judge.

It depends on under which section wife has asked maintenance.

It can be HMA 24 / CRPC 125 / DV 20. 

It is CRPC-125 then ? for more info the Muslim Guy divorsed the Muslim lady then wat next..
